2.1 Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar to our Service, you authorize us to:

• Access your calendar data as specified in our Privacy Policy
• Create, modify, and delete events related to training sessions
• View and manage your calendar availability

2.2 Zoom Integration

By connecting your Zoom account to our Service, you authorize us to:

• Create and manage Zoom meetings on your behalf
• Access your basic Zoom account information
• Share meeting links and details with authorized training session participants
• Modify or cancel meetings as needed based on training schedule changes

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal purpose
• Use virtual training sessions (Zoom) to engage in inappropriate, harmful, or illegal activities
• Record Zoom sessions without explicit consent from all participants
• Share Zoom meeting links with unauthorized individuals

If you are a trainer using our platform:

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your qualifications and services
• You agree to honor scheduled appointments with clients
• You will maintain professional standards during all in-person and virtual training sessions
• You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for clients and their pets
• You agree to adhere to animal welfare best practices and local regulations

Our payment and refund policies include:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Trainers set their own rates and cancellation policies
• Cancellations must be made according to the trainer's stated policy
• Refunds for canceled sessions will be processed according to the trainer's policy
• Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Pawgress and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use any of our trademarks without express written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Pawgress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information on the Service
• We are not responsible for the conduct of third parties, including other users or integrated service providers
• We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services, including Google Calendar and Zoom

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• At our sole discretion
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through:

• Email notification
• Notice on our website
• In-app notification

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
